Refund Policy
1. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase, for any reason, and receive a full refund. To exercise this right, contact support@scrapomatic.app with your Telegram username and a description of your order. We will process the refund to the original payment method.
2. Monthly plans
After the 14-day withdrawal window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current month. You can cancel from inside the Telegram bot at any time and you will not be charged for the next month.
3. Crypto payments
Crypto payments are non-custodial and final from a blockchain perspective. We still honour the 14-day right of withdrawal: in that case the refund is issued in the same crypto asset, calculated at the original payment amount, to a wallet address you provide. Network fees are deducted from the refund.
4. Service failures and chargebacks
If Scrapomatic fails to deliver the service you paid for (extended outages, repeated bugs that prevent core functionality), email us at support@scrapomatic.app with details and we will issue a refund or credit. Please contact us before filing a chargeback — it’s almost always faster.
5. How refunds are processed
Crypto refunds are sent within 24 hours of approval to the wallet address you provide.
