Features

Everything Scrapomatic does, grouped honestly.

This page lists what’s in the product today. If a feature isn’t here, it doesn’t exist yet — no roadmap mirages.

Scraping

Four source types, one inbox.

Sources are added per channel. Each one carries its own filter stack so you can pull, say, only highly-upvoted SFW posts from one subreddit and full-text feeds from an RSS source.

Reddit
Subreddit-level pulls with min upvotes, min comments, time-window and NSFW gates. Honors subreddit rules.
X / Twitter
Follow individual handles or hashtag queries. Retweet filter, reply filter, media-only mode.
TikTok
Creator-level scraping. Pulls caption, hashtags and the post URL — no video re-hosting.
RSS
Any feed (Atom/RSS). Full-text extraction when available, otherwise summary plus link.
Dedupe
URL + perceptual-hash dedupe across all sources on the same channel so the same post never appears twice.
AI rewrite

Two ways to use AI.

On Pro, AI rewriting is included — we cover the cost of Gemini & OpenAI calls for your posts. On BYOK, you supply your own API key (Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic), encrypted at rest and only used to rewrite your own posts. Either way, AI is optional — the bot publishes raw posts just fine without it.

Gemini
Google Gemini Pro and Flash supported. Use your Google AI Studio key.
OpenAI
gpt-4o, gpt-4o-mini, gpt-4.1 — anything your key can call.
Anthropic
Claude Opus, Sonnet and Haiku. Configure model and max-tokens per channel.
Per-channel prompts
Set the rewrite prompt per channel. Editorial voice for one, summariser for another.
Translation
Set a target language and Scrapomatic will translate first, then rewrite in style.
Key vault
Keys are AES-encrypted in storage. Rotate from inside the bot at any time.
Publishing

Smooth, on a schedule you control.

Posts are queued, paced and published with full Telegram formatting. The bot can post quietly during quiet hours and surface metrics inside chat.

Cadence per channel
Pick a target interval (e.g. one post every 30 min) and Scrapomatic smooths bursts.
Quiet hours
Define quiet hours per timezone — posts queue up and resume after the window.
Custom templates
Markdown / HTML templates with source attribution placeholders.
Media handling
Inline images, video previews, and link unfurls — the way Telegram renders them natively.
Auto-hashtagging
Generate channel hashtags from source taxonomy, capped per post.
Moderation

A queue if you want one.

Some channels want auto-pilot, some want a human in the loop. Scrapomatic supports both, switchable per-channel.

Approval queue
Set a channel to manual and every scraped post lands in an approval queue inside the bot.
Per-source filters
Each subscription has its own filter config — keyword include/exclude, minimum engagement, length thresholds, dedupe.
Operational logs
Link a Telegram group to receive real-time status updates, errors, and delivery logs via a simple deep link.
Analytics COMING SOON

The numbers that matter.

A small set of metrics to tell you whether the channel is healthy — without the vanity-dashboard noise. Not yet shipped; on the roadmap and previewed below so you know what’s coming.
